The Cortizo A 84 PassivHaus HI is one of the most impressive systems we've installed. It's exceptional that a Spanish manufacturer has achieved PHI cool-temperate certification with Uw of 0.66 W/m²K.
The Hidden Sash variant is spectacular: only 66mm visible section. The result is an ultra-minimalist window where you practically only see the glass. Perfect for contemporary architecture.
The price is 15-25% lower than PassivHaus systems from German brands with equivalent performance. Shorter delivery times from Spanish manufacturing. For passive houses and nZEB buildings, very hard to beat.

The guide price starts at €420 for a 1-sash casement. Significantly cheaper than German PassivHaus systems — the difference can be 15-25%.
Both are top-performance PassivHaus systems. The A 84 HI achieves Uw 0.66 vs 0.7 for the Veka 82. Cortizo also offers the Hidden Sash variant, faster delivery and 15-25% lower price. Veka 82 has a longer track record in Spain.
